Parallel Fermentation using Single-Use Bioreactors
The following case study shows how reproducible results were achieved with the new Eppendorf BioBLU® 0.3f vessel used in parallel process runs. Fermentation of E. coli was performed in the DASbox® Mini Bioreactor System. Obtained feed and OTR profiles and offline biomass data prove the BioBLU 0.3f to address the specific needs of microbial applications thus making it an adequate tool for accelerated process development in fermentation.
