Streamlining and automating flow cytometry analysis
Aigenpulse has rolled out an update to its CytoML Experiment Suite – an automated, end-to-end, machine learning solution specifically aimed at streamlining and automating flow cytometry analysis at scale and replacing manual gating processes. The company said the technology can help increase throughput of data processing and analytics by as much as 600%.
Researchers need reproducible data to support a regulatory filing, said Aigenpulse. The latest release of the CytoML Suite (v5.2) introduces new unbiased analysis features that can help uncover new insights by finding novel populations or clustering non-intuitive populations together, it said.
Unbiased analysis tools allow complex multi-dimensional flow cytometry data to be simplified, unified, processed and visualized so that it can be more easily explored and compared, said the developer.
