Reputation on the (production) line: US, Germany and Japan rank as ‘tier one’ nations

Provisional results from a survey evaluating the reputations of major biopharmaceutical countries indicate the US, Germany and Japan are regarded as ‘tier one’ nations, followed closely by Sweden and the UK.
The BioLive bioprocessing and manufacturing league table, selected data of which is illustrated below, measured global industry executives and pharmaceutical companies’ perceptions of nations according to their knowledge of professionals, ability to meet future demand, bio innovation, and quality of processing.
Perceptions of these nations’ growth potential and quality of biological manufacturing were also evaluated.
Full findings will be revealed this month at CPhI Worldwide in Madrid, Spain.
