A Thief in the Night
The next mention of antibodies came in 1972 in “A Thief in the Night,” which is a truly dreadful piece of UN-bashing, end-of-days claptrap focused on a young woman’s efforts to find her husband after a biblical apocalypse.
At one point during a discussion of belief and divine intervention one character tells another recently poisoned in an accident that: “There was no way your body could produce the antibodies that were needed to fight that poison.”
According to Wikipedia the film has been seen by over 300 million people worldwide.
